Raphael and Mona Lisa

This was requested by someone on Instagram. Well...she wanted me to draw Mona Lisa from the 1987 Turtles cartoon and Raphael from 2k12. 

And yes, this is just a fan design for Mona, the person herself wanted me to draw her with blonde hair, so I went with a golden blonde since '87 Mona had brown hair originally. I decided to draw her with a color that was possibly combined with both a light brown and some yellow, just to experiment.
